Overview
Vietnam's central coast has quietly assembled one of the best modern course clusters in Asia. Within forty minutes of a Da Nang beach hotel you can play layouts by Greg Norman, Nick Faldo, Colin Montgomerie and Luke Donald — new-build designer golf on dunes and hillsides, kept in conditions that surprise first-time visitors. Emirates' Dubai to Da Nang service has turned what used to be a two-stop slog into a single overnight flight.
This journey uses the classic seven-nights, four-rounds shape: one beach-resort base, a rotation across four contrasting courses, and proper gaps for Hoi An's old town, the Marble Mountains and the food. Green fees in Vietnam still undercut the Gulf and Europe by a distance, so the money goes further without the trip feeling budget.

Day by day
Days 1–2
Arrive and find the rhythm
Overnight flight from Dubai, landing into Da Nang mid-morning. Day one is for the pool and an early night; day two opens the golf with BRG Da Nang Golf Resort, Norman-designed dunes golf ten minutes from the main resort strip. Hotel style: a full-service beachfront resort on the My Khe or Non Nuoc stretch, chosen so every course sits within about forty minutes.
Days 3–4
Montgomerie Links and Hoi An
Round two at Montgomerie Links between Da Nang and Hoi An, then a free afternoon and evening in Hoi An old town — go at dusk when the lanterns come on. Day four is deliberately golf-free: My Son sanctuary, a cooking class, or nothing at all.
Days 5–6
Into the hills, back to the shore
Ba Na Hills Golf Club gives the week its change of scenery — a Luke Donald design in the foothills, usually played in the morning before the heat. Day six finishes the set at Hoiana Shores or Laguna Lang Co depending on availability, both coastal layouts worth the drive. Access to every course is requested, never assumed.
Days 7–8
One spare day, then home
A final free day for the beach, the Marble Mountains or a fifth round if the group wants one priced as an option. The return flight lands you back in Dubai with the time change working in your favour.

When to go
February to May is the most settled window on the central coast, with dry days and manageable heat; June to August is hotter but playable with morning tee times. September to December brings the rainy season and occasional tropical storms, so we steer golf groups away from late autumn. UAE winter and spring breaks line up well.
